Cranial and Vascular Basics

Description: Incorporating Cranial and Vascular Basics into a Bodywork Session.

This class will introduce foundational concepts in Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy and basic vascular techniques to enhance bodywork sessions. You'll learn how to open and close a session using cranial principles that support the body's innate healing capacity, helping set a therapeutic tone from the start.

We'll explore the Primary Respiratory Mechanism and Cerebrospinal Fluid flow as key forces that guide the body’s natural organization and healing. The vascular portion will focus on palpating major arteries in the upper and lower body—essential for supporting balanced tone and soft tissue ease throughout the system.

While The Belrose Theater may need improvements in ambiance and electrical access, it offers more space than Bodywise and is a better fit for this class.
