For anyone in a TRANSITION in their lives, Functional Movement is for YOU. New job? New home? Longer commute? More computer time? Just began using the Peleton or doing Yoga? A pandemic-promise to yourself for more fitness?

If anything has changed in your day-to-day, having a Functional Movement Assessment is a smart move. Take the data from your assessment and use it to prevent injury, increase performance, and enhance your overall well-being. 

How it works: 

What: 7 “Functional” Movements/Exercises 

How: Each graded 1-3 & your practitioner will assess asymmetries, imbalances, strengths/weaknesses, and movement patterns. 

Why: You will discuss your “body story” - why you move the way you do. Your practitioner will help you dig into this, no worries. :) The “what”, “how”, and “why” data will be stored to your private account and you can access it anytime you’d like for insights into best practices with exercise, wellness, rest, and musculoskeletal and emotional health & well-being.
